Beginning Wednesday, March 13, Field Street will have an emergency road closure. The road closure will be between N. Meadow Ave. and Dale St. and between 8th Street and 2nd Street. Private contractors will be installing an emergency tap for 2315 Field Street. Work is expected to take up to 1 week to complete, a City of Odessa news release stated.
