A press conference will be held at 2 p.m. Oct. 18 in the Commissioners’ Court Room at 1010 E. Eighth St. in Odessa for Ector County Judge Dustin Fawcett and Sheriff Mike Griffis will address election decorum for the upcoming November general election.
