The Ector County ISD Board of Trustees will meet at 6 p.m. Aug. 20 in the board room of the administration building, 802 N. Sam Houston Ave.
Several personnel decisions are on the agenda including a closed session on an employment agreement with the interim superintendent.
The board will also discuss the process to begin the superintendent search.
Keeley Boyer was named interim superintendent at the Aug. 13 board meeting and Superintendent Scott Muri was named superintendent emeritus.
Muri announced his retirement from the superintendency in a social media message Aug. 9.
He has been with ECISD for five years.
Trustees will also deliberate the retroactive hiring of a principal for Austin Montessori School, the principal of Milam Elementary School, an executive director of leadership and an Executive Director of Talent Development.
