The Black Chamber of Commerce of the Permian Basin will present the 31st annual Ebony Bar Award honoring Odessa College President Gregory D. Williams at 5 p.m. Nov. 13 at the Odessa Country Club, 1 Fairway Drive.
Speaker will be Nathanial Hearne.
There will also be cocktails and dinner.
Tickets are $50 per person. Senior citizens are $40.
Attire is black tie/formal.
