Downtown Odessa Inc., is seeking public input and has planned a series of Town Hall meetings to discuss the Downtown Masterplan Sept. 13-15 at the Odessa Police Department first floor training room, 205 N. Grant Ave.
Town Hall meetings/topics schedule:
- Sept. 13: 10 a.m. to noon, Goals & objectives; 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., build environment and visioning; and 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., street scaping and walkability.
- Sept. 14: 8 a.m. to 10 a.m., Land use; 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., activities and public events; and 3 p.m. to 5 p.m., parking.
- Sept. 15: 8 a.m. to 10 a.m., Grant Avenue; 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., developer’s workshop; and 3 p.m. to 5 p.m., presentation of ideas.
