The City of Odessa and Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone Board #1 (Downtown TIRZ) welcomes citizens and guests to the Downtown Master Plan public unveiling.
The event will be held from 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday at the Cooper Rose Building, 415 N. Grant Ave.
There will be live music, light refreshments, and door prizes for attendees.
This event will serve as a capstone for over six months of vision work and planning which included public engagement, business input and city review.
