ABANDON ENDANGER
Larhonda Elaine Goatson, 34, pleaded guilty Dec. 16 to two counts of abandon endanger child intentional/knowing/reckless/criminal negligence and was sentenced to five years probation and deferred adjudication. Judge John Shrode approved the deal. Daniel Sarabia Jr. was the attorney.
ASSAULT
Chaizel Vorsheon Milton, 22, pleaded guilty Dec. 14 to aggravated assault with deadly weapon and was sentenced to 10 years probation and deferred adjudication. Judge John Shrode approved the deal. Luis A. Chavez was the attorney.
Cristina Lira Alaniz, 28, pleaded guilty Dec. 16 to aggravated assault with deadly weapon and was sentenced to five years probation and deferred adjudication. Judge Denn Whalen approved the deal. Luis A. Chavez was the attorney.
Jesus Flores Cervantes, 35, had an aggravated assault with deadly weapon charge dismissed Dec. 16. Judge John Shrode presided.
Johnny Bryan Hernandez, 19, pleaded guilty Dec. 15 to aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and was sentenced to 20 years in prison. Judge James Rush approved the deal. D. Bret Mansur was the attorney.
Keshun Dibreonous Pardue, 24, pleaded guilty Sept. 17 to assault impede breathing and was sentenced to five years in prison in an order adjudicating guilt. Judge James Rush approved the deal. Daniel Sarabia Jr. was the attorney.
Kyren Drace Ross, 22, had an aggravated sexual assault charge dismissed Dec. 16. Judge Justin Low presided.
Trinity Joshua Ornelas, 29, was granted community supervision discharge and dismissal Dec. 15 on the charge of aggravated assault date/family/house with weapon. Judge Denn Whalen presided. Michael Louis McLeaish was the attorney.
DWI

EVADING ARREST
Arnulfo Caballero, 27, pleaded guilty Dec. 14 evading arrest detain with vehicle, and was sentenced to three years probation and deferred adjudication. Judge John Shrode approved the deal.
Jesse Mendoza Diaz, 42, pleaded guilty Dec. 14 to evading arrest detain with previous conviction and was sentenced to 225 days in county jail. Judge John Shrode presided.
Marcus Dwayne McCowan, 36, pleaded guilty Dec. 16 to evading arrest detain with vehicle, and was sentenced to 10 years in prison. Judge Justin Low approved the deal.
FAIL TO COMPLY
Bertrand Jerome Tucker, 64, pleaded guilty Dec. 15 to fail to comply with registration requirements and was sentenced to 10 months in state jail. Judge Justin Low approved the deal.
FORGERY
Cameron Helms, 25, pleaded guilty Dec. 14 to forgery government/national government institution/money/security and was sentenced to four years in prison. Judge Justin Low approved the deal.
Joe Luis Lujan, 42, pleaded guilty Dec. 16 to forgery financial instrument and was sentenced to six months in county jail. Judge John Shrode approved the deal.

INJURY CHILD/ELDERLY/DISABLE

Luis Casas, Jr., 29, had his probation revoked on the charge of possession of a controlled substance, less than one gram, and was sentenced to 12 months in state jail. Judge James Rush presided.
