The following is a list of felony dispositions from the Ector County District Clerk’s Office. Listed attorneys do not necessarily represent who was involved when the case was disposed. The prosecuting attorney was not listed unless otherwise stated.

ABANDON ENDANGER

Alexis Alisa Tavarez, 24, pleaded guilty Dec. 8 on three counts of abandon endanger child intentional/knowing/criminal negligence was sentenced to five years probation and two years in state jail (suspended). Judge Denn Whalen approved the deal. Mike Holmes was the attorney.

Ashley Jacobson, 36, pleaded guilty Dec. 1 to abandon/endanger child imminent danger bodily injury and was sentenced five years in prison. Judge Justin Low approved the deal.

ASSAULT

Abel Bejarano, 31, had an aggravated assault with deadly weapon charge dismissed Dec. 8. Judge Denn Whalen presided. Phillip Wildman Jr. was the attorney.

David Aguirre Muniz, 28, pleaded guilty Dec. 8 to aggravated assault with deadly weapon (Fv) and was sentenced to 15 years in prison. Judge John Shrode approved the deal.

Francisco Sanchez Lopez III, 24, had an assault impede breathing charge dismissed Dec. 13. Judge James Rush presided.

Jesse Zuniga Reyna, 29, pleaded guilty Oct. 28 to aggravated assault against public servant and was sentenced to two years in prison. Judge W. Stacy Trotter approved the deal. Dayna Leann Jones was the attorney.

Kevin Lane Rogers, 57, had an aggravated assault with deadly weapon charge dismissed Dec. 9. Judge Denn Whalen presided.

Lavhonda Lee Davis, 29, was granted community supervision dismissal and discharge Dec. 9 on the charge of aggravated assault with deadly weapon. Judge Justin Low presided. Adrian Chavez was the attorney.

BAIL JUMPING

Zachary Edward Soto, 33, had his probation amended Dec. 10 on the charge of bail jumping and fail to appear felony and was sentenced to five years probation. Judge James Rush presided. Luke Garrett was the attorney.

BURGLARY

Fernando Navarrette, 31, pleaded guilty Dec. 8 to burglary of building and was sentenced to nine months in state jail. Judge Denn Whalen approved the deal.

Zachary Snow Greenshields, 31, pleaded guilty Dec. 8 to credit card or debit card abuse and was sentenced to eight months in state jail. Judge Denn Whalen approved the deal.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

John Anthony Dominguez, 17, pleaded guilty Dec. 7 to criminal mischief, more than $2,500, but less than $30,000, was sentenced to two years probation and two years in state jail (suspended). Judge James Rush approved the deal. Tony Chavez was the attorney.

DWI

Jerry Lee Arnold, 51, pleaded guilty Dec. 8 to drinking while intoxicated, third or more, and was sentenced to five years in prison. Judge Denn Whalen approved the deal.

Ricardo Holguin, 67, pleaded guilty Dec. 9 to driving while intoxicated, third or more and was sentenced to five years probation and 10 years in prison (suspended). Judge Denn Whalen approved the deal. Phillip Wildman Jr. was the attorney.

Rolando Escajeda, Jr., 33, had his probation revoked Dec. 1 on the charge of driving while intoxicated, third or more and was sentenced to six years in prison. Judge Justin Low approved the deal.

Saints D. Infante, 45, had his probation revoked Aug. 5 on the charge of driving while intoxicated, third or more and was sentenced to five years in prison. Judge John W. Smith approved the deal. BJ Brown was the attorney.

Shawn Daniel Grogan, 47, had his probation revoked Dec. 8 on the charge of driving while intoxicated third or more and was sentenced to four years in prison. Judge James Rush presided.

EVADING ARREST

Dakota Lee Lingle, 30, pleaded guilty Nov. 30 to evading arrest detain with vehicle and was sentenced to three years in prison in an order adjudicating guilt. Judge Justin Low approved the deal.

ILLEGAL DUMPING CHARGE

Juan Antonio Tamez-Diaz, 39, had an illegal dumping charge dismissed Dec. 3. Judge Justin Low presided.

MANUFACTURE DELIVERY

Francisco Hernandez, 22, had an attempt to commit manufacture delivery of a controlled substance charge, more than 28 grams, but less than 200 grams, dismissed Dec. 9. Judge Denn Whalen approved the deal. Mike Holmes was the attorney.

MURDER

Fabian Chavez Polvon, 37, pleaded guilty Dec. 10 to capital murder of multiple persons and was sentenced to life in prison. Judge Justin Low approved the deal. Joe A. Spencer Jr. and Felix Valenzuela were the attorneys.
