ASSAULT
Iliana Gabrielle Jimenez, 26, pleaded guilty Dec. 3 to intoxication assault with vehicle, serious bodily injury, and was sentenced to three years probation and 10 years in prison (suspended). Judge James Rush approved the deal. Matthew Pospisil and Kelsey Jewell Robbins were the attorneys.
Marie Roshell Barnes, 32, was granted community supervision dismissal and discharge Nov. 29 on the charge of aggravated assault with deadly weapon. Judge Denn Whalen presided. William R. Bowden, Jr. was the attorney.
Raul Rojo, III, 26, pleaded guilty Nov. 30 to aggravated assault with deadly weapon and was sentenced to four years in prison in an order adjudicating guilt. Judge Justin Low approved the deal. Phillip Wildman Jr. was the attorney.

Fabian Abila Ramirez, 42, was granted community services dismissal and discharge Nov. 30 on the charge of driving while intoxicated 3rd or more. Judge John W. Smith presided. Matt L. Thomas was the attorney.
Juan Carlos Licon, 52, pleaded guilty Dec. 2 to driving while intoxicated third or more and was sentenced 5 years probation and 5 years in prison (suspended). Judge Justin Low approved the deal.
Ronnie Fields Boren, 42, was granted community supervision discharge and dismissal Dec. 2 on the charge of driving while intoxicated third or more (F3). Judge James Rush presided. Tommy W. Hull was the attorney.

Logan Jack Jordan, 21, pleaded guilty Dec. 3 to evading arrest detain with vehicle (F3) and was sentenced to three years probation and deferred adjudication. Judge James Rush approved the deal. Jason Leach was the attorney.
William Gene Bright, 41, pleaded guilty Dec. 3 to evading arrest detain with previous conviction and was sentenced to 18 months in state jail.
FAIL TO COMPLY
William Gene Bright, 41, pleaded guilty Dec. 3 to fail to comply sex offenders duty to register life/annual and was sentenced to six years in prison. Judge Denn Whalen approved the deal.
INJURY TO A CHILD RECKLESS BODILY INJURY
Dshon Jordan Routte, 23, pleaded guilty Dec. 1 to injury to a child reckless bodily injury and was sentenced to five years and deferred adjudication. Judge Denn Whalen approved the deal. Feliz Abalos was the attorney.
MURDER
David Ryan Dearick, 32, had three counts of capital murder charges dismissed Nov. 18. Judge James Rush presided. Brian Chavez was the attorney.
POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE
Brittany Ilene Martinez, 26, had two counts of possession of a controlled substance charge, more than one gram, but less than four grams, dismissed Dec. 2. Judge Denn Whalen presided.
Rebekah Lynn Hayter, 33, was granted community service dismissal and discharge Dec. 1 on the charge of possession of an illegal substance more than one gram. Judge John W. Smith presided.

Alberto Daniel Rodriguez, 28, had a racing on highway causing bodily injury charge dismissed Dec. 2. Judge Denn Whalen presided.
ROBBERY
William Gene Bright, 41, pleaded guilty Dec. 3 to aggravated robbery and was sentenced to six years in prison. Judge James Rush approved the deal.
Roberto Ramon Lopez, 23, had a theft of property, more than $30,000, but less than $150,000, charge dismissed Dec. 3. Judge Justin Low presided.
SMUGGLING OF PERSONS
Jesse Alan Sanchez, 41, had four counts of smuggling of persons charges dismissed Dec. 3. Judge James Rush presided. Johanna Curry was the attorney.
TAMPER/FABRICATE
Jennifer Stella Portillo, 39, pleaded guilty Dec. 4 to tamper/fabricate physical evidence with intent to impair and was sentenced to five years in prison. Judge Justin Low approved the deal.
Jesse Alan Sanchez, 41, pleaded guilty Dec. 3 to tamper/fabricate physical evidence with intent to impair and was sentenced to 12 years in prison. Judge James Rush approved the deal.
THEFT
Ira James McDaniel, 41, had a theft of property charge dismissed Dec. 3. Judge Justin Low presided.
Jaime Gerardo Galvan, 29, had a theft of firearm charge dismissed Dec. 12. Judge Denn Whalen presided.
Kaitlin Chase Reese, 33, had a theft property, more than $2,500, but less than $30,000, charge dismissed Nov. 30. Judge Justin Low presided.
Shaun Michael Sanchez, 40, had a theft property, less than $2,500 two more previous convictions charge dismissed Nov. 30. Judge Justin Low presided.
UNAUTHORIZED USE OF VEHICLE
Detren Ward, 20, pleaded guilty Dec. 3 to unauthorized use of vehicle and was sentenced to 678 days in State Jail. Judge James Rush approved the deal.
UNLICENSED POSSESSION FIREARM BY FELON
Deijaqu Meekins, 24, pleaded guilty Dec. 3 to unlicensed possession of firearm by felon and was sentenced three years in prison. Judge James Rush approved the deal.
