Beginning the week of April 4, the City of Odessa will begin work to change all parallel parking to angled parking.
The following areas that will be changed are Fourth Street from N. Lee Avenue to N. Texas Avenue and Fifth Street from N. Lee Avenue to N. Texas Avenue.
Only one side of the street will be closed at a time. These changes will result in more than 30 additional parking spots downtown.
