The Odessa Police Department will hold a wreath-laying ceremony to pay tribute to Corporal G.T. Toal, who died in a motorcycle crash, on Saturday, August 19, at sunrise (approximately 7:16 a.m.).
The public is invited to attend the wreath-laying ceremony. The wreath will be on display from sunrise to sunset and anyone wishing to show their respects is encouraged to visit the memorial during this time.
