The Ector County Sheriff’s Office and Odessa Police Department were each presented with $140,000 checks Thursday from Bustin’ for Badges at the Odessa Police Department Training Facility.
The Midland Police Department and Midland County Sheriff’s Office also received checks for $140,000.
