John Moesch acquires Vascocu interest in Brazos Communications West, LLC d.b.a. West Texas Radio Group Odessa-Midland

Tommy Vascocu and Jim Woodcock, Partners of Brazos Communications West, LLC announced Wednesday that John Moesch, Vice President of its Odessa-Midland Texas broadcast stations, KHKX-FM, KMCM-FM, KQRX-FM and Brazos Digital Media, has acquired Vascocu’s interest in the company with partner Jim Woodcock.

Moesch has been the Vice President and General Manager of the media group since Brazos acquired the stations in June 2012.

This is a great local company with a fabulous team of veteran talent in every department. John’s done outstanding work in building the company into the leading media group in West Texas. He’s a very talented veteran manager with extensive experience in developing, leading and executing aggressive programming and branding strategies for the company and its clients,” Vascocu said in a news release.

Moesch has been actively involved in the Odessa-Midland community and has served on the Board of Directors for Senior Life Midland for the past 25 years and is the incoming Chairman of the Texas Association of Broadcasters. John and partner, Jim Woodcock are committed to supporting many organizations in the Odessa-Midland communities.
