The Odessa Police Department has scheduled a Block Party from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at Jim Parker Park, 3100 E. University Blvd.
There will be free food, games, raffle and more. OPD will be giving away a 55-inch TV, portable Bluetooth speaker, FitBit, Smartwatch, tablet, chromebook and more than 60 gift cards.
