Odessa College will celebrate ExxonMobil’s generous contribution of $1 million in 2020 to fund the Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences (BAAS) in Leadership and Management program during a reception at 6:30 p.m. Thursday in Sedate Hall Auditorium.
Odessa College and ExxonMobil will honor the 33 graduates of the ExxonMobil BAAS program with a reception and a new display in Sedate Hall featuring students and graduates of the program will be unveiled, a news release stated.
The ExxonMobil BAAS Leadership and Management program at Odessa College focuses on providing a solid understanding of business operations, ethics, accounting, finance, cultural competence and business planning. Completion of this program will allow students to advance into leadership roles within their chosen career field. BAAS degrees are fully accredited degrees offered by accredited educational institutions and meet the same qualifications as more traditional bachelor’s degrees.
