The city will be shutting down the water plant in the next couple of hours and wanted to give you time to prepare. We believe water could be shut off in the City of Odessa around 2 p.m. and that it would be off for a few hours. Then, a Boil Water Notice would be in effect for at least 24 hours.
This is due to a 12” line break on the 1800 block of E. 46th. We will continue to provide updates and apologize for the inconvenience.
