The Salvation Army of Odessa has scheduled Angel Tree sign-ups 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Oct. 7-11 (Monday to Friday) with a lunch break from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 810 E. 11th.
Valid ID and proof of income and also a utility bill and birth certificates for each child are required. All children 12 and under are welcome. Only a parent or a legal guardian may sign up a child and proof of guardianship is required.
