Two earthquakes happened about three hours apart early Monday morning northwest of Stanton.
According to the United States Geological Survey, the earthquakes were measured at 3.8 and 2.7 magnitudes.
The first earthquake, 3.8, happened around 1:14 a.m. about 12 miles northwest of Stanton. The second earthquake, 2.7, occurred at 4:43 a.m. about nine miles northwest of Stanton.
The USGS details another earthquake that was recorded about nine miles southeast of Stanton on April 7. The earthquake happened around 12:24 a.m. and recorded at 2.8 magnitude.
