Two Permian boys accused of rape

Two Permian High School students were arrested Friday after two 15-year-old girls accused them of rape.

According to Odessa Police Department reports, the girls separately told forensic interviewers they left school with two unknown boys Sept. 25 and went to a home on West 31st Street where they began to drink alcohol.

One of the girls said a boy who introduced himself as “Jacob” followed her into the bathroom, pulled down her pants and underwear while she was vomiting and sexually assaulted her, the report stated.

She later positively identified the boy as Jacob Alikarim Espinoza, the report stated.
