The Parks & Recreation Department has been working hard to get Ratliff Ranch Golf Links to reopen after the heavy rainfall, a City of Odessa news release said.
The first nine holes are now open for play and the full course should be back open by the middle of the day Friday, the release said.
The city apologized for any inconvenience.
