On Thursday, July 16, 1970, Eula “Kay” Miller, a 26-year-old woman, was found stabbed to death in her Odessa apartment. For 54 years investigators have searched for her killer, but her case remains unsolved.
Odessa Police Department’s Cold Case Detective sat down with international hit podcast The Deck to tell the story of “Kay’s” investigation in hopes that justice can soon be reached.
