The Odessa Police Department will have a Neighborhood Watch Meeting at 7 p.m. July 23 in the OPD Training Facility, located at 210 N. Lincoln.
Medical Center Hospital will teach the class, which will focus on Fentanyl Awareness and Drug/Alcohol Abuse Awareness.
