Starting Monday evening, October 14, Crane Avenue (southbound) will be opened back up with lane closures in place. Traffic will be reduced to one lane of traffic for east/westbound traffic along Clements and north/southbound traffic along Crane Ave., a City of Odessa news release said.
The lane closures will be for Reece Albert (contractor for the City of Odessa). Crews will be working to replace the existing water infrastructure in this area as part of the Crane Ave. Reconstruction Project. Lane closures are expected for up to 10 days.
Citizens are asked to follow all traffic control devices, use alternate routes if needed, and expect delays while construction is in progress. For questions or concerns, citizens may contact the City of Odessa Engineering Department at (432)335-3242.
