The Odessa Police Department named three officers for special awards during a recent awards ceremony.
They are: Cpl. William McCloud, Patrol Officer of the Year; Cpl. Nicholas Moore, Special Operations Bureau Officer of the Year; and Cpl. Jaime Aguirre, Professional Police Officers Association Officer of the Year.
