Odessa youth were treated to new school shoes on Tuesday morning. About 450 children were signed up for the shoes through the Salvation Army’s back to school shoe program. Vouchers were given to those who signed up and the children then shopped at Shoe Carnival in Midland for the shoes they wanted.
