The Odessa Police Department will hold a wreath laying ceremony at sunrise Monday, August 19, to pay tribute to Fallen Corporal G.T. Toal, who died in a motorcycle crash in 1982. The public is invited to attend the wreath-laying ceremony on the OPD front lawn, 205 N. Grant Ave.
The wreath will be on display from sunrise to sunset and anyone wishing to show their respects is encouraged to visit the memorial during this time.
