University of Texas Permian Basin’s Shepperd Leadership Institute and Career Services will hold a Public Leadership Forum at noon Oct. 24 at the UTPB library.
The event will feature engaging discussions with local leaders, elected officials, and members of the UTPB community on public service and how to drive meaningful change.
