Trinity School partnering with WTXFB

Trinity School in Midland is teaming up with the West Texas Food Bank for a fun and impactful event in honor of Hunger Action Month. Students are conducting a cereal drive and will celebrate their efforts with a visual “domino effect” display using the cereal boxes they’ve collected.

The event is set for 2:15 p.m. Friday, Sept. 13, at Trinity School, 3500 W Wadley, Midland.

As part of their commitment to fighting hunger in the community, Trinity School students have gathered cereal donations this week. The event will culminate with an exciting domino effect, where hundreds of cereal boxes will be lined up and toppled in a chain reaction to symbolize the power of community action. The cereal will be donated to the West Texas Food Bank, helping local families in need, a news release said.

This unique event offers a great visual and an opportunity to capture the enthusiasm of students making a difference in their community.

Hunger Action Month brings awareness to the issue of food insecurity across the nation. The Trinity School cereal drive is a perfect example of how local communities, schools, and organizations can come together to help provide nourishment to those in need. The domino effect is a symbol of how small actions can lead to a big impact.
