Family Day at Sul Ross State University in Alpine is scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 21.
“We invite parents, siblings, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins – everyone – to come out to Alpine and see their favorite students and explore campus and our beautiful area,” said Dean of Students Suzanne Harris, Ph.D., in a press release.
From athletics to the performing and fine arts, visitors are invited to share in the Sul Ross experience.
Check-in at the Morgan University Center from 10 to 11 a.m.
Tailgating for the Lobos vs. Hardin-Simmons football game starts at 11 a.m. Kick-off is at noon.
The SRSU Theatre Department presents “Oleanna” at the Studio Theatre in the Francois Fine Arts Building at 7 p.m. A code for four complimentary tickets will be provided at check-in.
Families can also visit the Museum of the Big Bend for free from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
