WASHINGTON, D.C. Congressman August Pfluger (TX-11) will host “Coffee with Congressman Pfluger” from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Sept. 6 at Los Toxicos Cantina, 902 N. County Road W, in Odessa.
