After a successful inaugural “Pulling For Our Cause” clay shoot fundraiser in 2023, the Odessa Family YMCA announced the second annual clay shoot fundraiser is scheduled to take place August 30 at Jake’s Clays located at 13301 Farm-to-Market Road 1379 in Midland.
The fundraiser will include a clay shooting competition, where competitors can test their aim and skill across various shooting stations. Prizes and awards will be given to individuals and teams. Breakfast and lunch will be served, and this is the perfect opportunity to network with fellow shooting enthusiasts and the Odessa Family YMCA supporters, the release said.
“We are excited to hold the second annual ‘Pulling For Our Cause’ clay shoot fundraiser,” Odessa Family YMCA CEO Crissy Medina said. “After a wildly successful inaugural clay shoot last year, we have waited in anticipation to invite all of our supporters of the Odessa Family YMCA back to our event this year.”
All the proceeds from the event will benefit the Odessa Family YMCA’s Annual Campaign, which provides financial assistance for Y memberships, learning centers, and sports programs.
