Midland College professor opening exhibition at Museum of the Southwest

MIDLAND The Museum of the Southwest is proud to announce the opening of “Form and Function,” an exhibition by well-known local artist Michael Richardson, on display from October through January. This captivating showcase presents an exploration of materials, form, and the intersection of functionality and artistry. Richardson, an acclaimed ceramics and sculpture professor at Midland College, brings his unique narrative-driven work to life in this highly anticipated exhibition.

“The Museum is dedicated to fostering local arts enrichment within our community through exhibitions and programming. We want to connect our guests with local and regional artists, and we are delighted to have Mike’s exceptional show,” Mary Katherine Marshall Sr., Director of Development & Communications for the Museum of the Southwest, said in a news release.
