Mex-Tex Family Fiesta set for Saturday

MIDLAND Mex-Tex Family Fiesta is gearing up for its 37th annual event on Saturday, June 8, at its new location, the Midland County Horseshoe. The Mex-Tex Family Fiesta promises a day filled with entertainment and cultural celebration for the whole family. Festivities will commence at noon and continue until midnight, featuring live performances by renowned artists such as AJ Castillo, Ruben Ramos & The Mexican Revolution, the Art Tigerina Band, and Grupo Pression.

In addition to the musical lineup, attendees can look forward to a menudo and fajita cookoff, a cornhole tournament, and the inaugural Niña Hispana of the Permian Basin Pageant. Inside the horseshoe arena, a diverse array of vendors will offer food, arts, and crafts, while a dedicated children’s area will provide engaging activities for young visitors.

Mex-Tex Family Fiesta is also excited to introduce a special addition to this year’s event: Sensory Hours! This new feature aims to provide a sensory-friendly play area from noon to 3 p.m. for children with additional support needs, ensuring that every child can fully enjoy the festivities.

The Mex-Tex Family Fiesta is made possible by the generous support of title sponsors Express Nursing and Trinity Personal Assistant Services. Admission to the daytime festivities is free for all, with advanced tickets available for the evening concert at a discounted rate of $20. Tickets will also be available for purchase on the day of the event for $25.

Concert Table Reservations: Make your experience even more memorable by reserving a concert table for $1,000 (plus fees).
