The Closing Reception of the 2024 Permian Basin Fab Lab at Odessa College Makers Show Exhibit is at 4 p.m. Sept. 3 in the Phillips Goff Gallery located in Sedate Hall.
This year’s exhibit showcases the creative diversity that enriches our community and celebrates the unique possibilities and ideas of the makers of the entries in relation to the theme “Celebrating Makers.”
Consideration for entries in the show included, but were not limited to, Digital Art, CNC, CAD, 3D Prints, Laser Engraving, Laser Cutting, Costume, Electronics, Robotics, Painting, Sculpture, Drawing, Print Making, Sewing, Crochet, Knitting, Ceramics, Photography, Welding, Woodworking, Textiles, Jewelry, Crafts, Architecture, Resin, Stained-glass, Glasswork, and more.
The public is invited to the exhibit and the reception. This year’s entries can be viewed and online voting for the People’s Choice Award is available at phillipsgoffgallery.org/current-exhibition. Voting will close at midnight Monday, Sept. 2.
