The Ector County Utility District board is proposing a tax increase to $.102486 per $100. A meeting is scheduled at 6 p.m. Sept. 11 at Kellus Turner, 2230 Sycamore Drive. The proposed new rate is an increase of 3.76 percent per $100 valuation.
