The University of Texas Permian Basin Music Department has scheduled a Dia De Los Muertos Festival Thursday, November 2, at the Wagner Noël Performing Arts Center, 1310 N. FM 1788, Midland.
Free admission to lobby exhibitions from 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. and then guests can purchase $10 tickets for the closing show featuring the Mariachi Band and Ballet Folklorico which starts at 7:30 p.m.
