The Education Foundation of Odessa is proud to announce that ConocoPhillips will present a significant donation in support of the foundation’s Bookworms Literacy Program. The check presentation ceremony will take place on Friday, August 30, at 10:00 a.m. at Dowling Elementary School, 1510 E. 17th St. The event will feature a special appearance by Scooter the Bookworm, the beloved mascot of the literacy program, and will include participation from the students of Dowling Elementary.
This contribution marks a crucial step in the ongoing efforts to promote early literacy among young students in Odessa.
