Odessa chef Alejandro Barrientos will once again be featured on television.
The co-owner of Curb Side Bistro will be featured in next week’s episode of “Chopped” on the Food Network.
The show will begin at 7 p.m. and will be the first episode of the new season.
“Chopped” is a reality-based cooking game show series that is hosted by Ted Allen.
The series pits four chefs against each other as they compete for a chance to win $10,000.
The series first debuted back in 2009.
This isn’t the first time that Barrientos will be featured on a show on the Food Network.
Two years ago, the Odessan was featured in an episode of “Beat Bobby Flay.”
Alejandro co-owns the restaurant with his wife Stephanie Barrientos.
