The Annual Walk For Wishes Fall Festival 5K is set to take place Nov. 2 at Fiddlesticks Farms, 5610 E. County Road 120, Midland.
Times are 11:15 a.m. (5K) and noon (1-mile).
The event, organized by Midland Athletic Company in partnership with Make-A-Wish West Texas, invites participants of all ages to enjoy a scenic walk/run while supporting local children. All proceeds will benefit Make-A-Wish West Texas, helping grant wishes to local children with critical illnesses — including the more than 90 who are currently waiting for their wishes to come true.
Walkers/Runners will receive a finisher’s medal, a custom race bib, and a free farm day pass for post-race fun.
