Please see the first thing God Said about the purpose of mankind, He created to Tend the earth. Everything started for us, started in Genesis. Right after His awesome creation of this wonderful world, Then God said, “Let us make man in Our image, and according to Our likeness.” Image is, we look like Him, Children favor their Father; the word likeness, is we were created to act like our Father. It didn’t take man long to mess up. So in the New testament, John 14:12 Jesus said, “Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do, because I go to My Father.” Again, Jesus is our example throughout the Word. The Bible is our instruction book.
Seen in the instruction book, there are legal boundaries and freedoms. That’s the reason we read the book. We don’t just take someone’s opinion of what the book says. We are taught and we listen, but we check it out for ourselves! Find the truth from the instruction book.
“Let us make man in Our image, according to our likeness, let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, and over the all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth. So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created them, male and female He created them. Then God blessed them, and God said to them, be fruitful and multiply, fill the earth and subdue it; have dominion over the fish of the sea over the birds of the air, and over every living thing that moves on the earth.” [Gen. 1:26-28]. He gave the Church, the earth as man’s domain. The word subdue is to conquer and bring into subjection, to bring under control. He said “have dominion;” that is supreme authority. So mankind has authority over all creation, all that moves, even the creeps that are ruled by the demons that move and creep.
So anyone who says God is in control of everything; has not studied the instruction Book. If He was in control of everything, He would not have had to tell us to pray “let it be done on earth as it is in heaven, it would already be that way. No babies would be miss-used, no children would be the object of mankind’s wickedness. How dare anyone accuse God of being in control of that. He clearly gave man control over this earth by taking Dominion. Get it, “Take Control.”
And they [the disciples] went out and preached everywhere the Lord working with them and confirming the word through accompanying signs [Mark 16:20]. Jesus assists His children, in what they do that is in accordance with His Word.
“For two us a child is born, to us a son is given; and the government will be on His shoulders, and He will be called wonderful counselor mighty God everlasting Father, Prince of peace” [Isaiah 9:6].
The instruction book [the Bible], says we the Church, are His Body, He is the head. What does that make us? His Shoulder? Yes, “The Government” is the responsibility of the Church, the government is on our shoulders. He works with us as we get up and do something — like Pray, continue in the word, seek the direction of our God. In the place where we stand now, Voting is our responsibility. If we are really part of the Body of Christ, we will ask ourselves, “Are we voting for that person because they are female, or they are male? Are we voting because that person is of color, or they are white? Or are we voting for that person who is not perfect, but they are the most like Christ, do they hold to the principles most like our Lord and Savior. Then, ask ourselves, have they proved by their actions that they care about America? Have they revealed their business abilities by having a past history of accomplishments? If you are a Christian, you should Vote ! Think about that statement — “God is in control — Really?
