TYLER The UTPB soccer team lost to UT-Tyler in a 4-0 game in Lone Star Conference play Saturday on the road.
Goals by Natalie Jones and Ella Anderson helped UT-Tyler to a 2-0 lead at intermission.
Katelyn Walercyzk made it 3-0 in the 51st minute before Anderson added her second goal of the day in the 64th minute.
UTPB (3-4-2 overall, 1-3-1 in Lone Star Conference) finished with seven shots, five of which were on target while UT-Tyler had 17 shots with eight on goal.
UT-Tyler improved to 8-1-2, 3-1-2.
UTPB will next face West Texas A&M at 7 p.m. Wednesday in Canyon.
