A 39-year-old Odessa motorcyclist was killed Wednesday in a collision on South Moss Avenue.
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, Robert Montes was traveling south on Moss on his Harley Davidson when the 69-year-old driver of a Land Rover LR2 failed to yield the right of way and pulled north out of a private drive onto Moss, causing Montes to strike the Odessa woman’s vehicle.
Montes was thrown from his motorcycle and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The other driver was taken to Medical Center Hospital.
The crash remains under investigation.
