A 39-year-old Odessa man is being held in the Ector County jail on surety bonds totaling $450,000 after a 6-year-old relative told forensic interviewers he sexually assaulted her on three separate ocassions.
According to an Ector County Sheriff’s Office report, the child provided graphic details about sex acts she says took place at Carlos Barron Jr.’s home, another relative’s home and her mother’s home earlier this month.
Barron was booked into the Ector County jail on Wednesday on three counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child.
