Marfa to Midland

Marfa Public Radio has scheduled the fifth annual Marfa to Midland event October 3 at Museum of the Southwest, 1705 W Missouri Ave., Midland. Marfa to Midland is a unique celebration of West Texas culture, bringing the magic of Far West Texas to your doorstep with outstanding live music, an impressive silent auction, and dinner prepared by the award winning chefs at the Gage Hotel.

The event will celebrate the spirit of West Texas by showcasing the best food and music of the Big Bend.

The event includes:

  • Cocktail Hour from 5-6 p.m.
  • David Branch of Honky Tonk Happy Hour Dinner from 6-7 p.m.
  • Drinks and dancing with Marfa band The Grand Tourists from 7:30-10 p.m. Purchase tickets here.
