The City of Odessa is getting word of concerns regarding a smell in the water.
“We want to assure you the water is safe. Here’s what happened: The Colorado River Municipal Water District delivers the city’s water supply to the water treatment plant. CRMWD changed the inflow line to the plant causing odor issues in the water supply.
“The City of Odessa immediately began to address the odor issue. However, the water supply always remained safe,” a city statement said.
