A 20-year-old Odessa man was arrested on suspicion of sexual assault of a child family violence Tuesday.
According to an Odessa Police Department report, Child Protective Services informed officers about a pregnant 16-year-old girl and when they interviewed the girl she said she’d been in a romantic and sexual relationship with Kyle Nicholas Chitty since October 2023.
Chitty, too, confirmed the relationship and said they’d been intimate since January 2024, the report stated.
He was booked into the Ector County jail on a $100,000 surety bond.
