The city has received numerous reports of residents without water on the north side of Odessa, a City of Odessa news release said.
Crews have determined that the Rainbow Tower on the north side of Odessa lost water, causing residents to experience no water or low water pressure.
Crews are working to identify the cause of the water loss. However, the tower is currently being refilled by the Utilities Department.
Water service is expected to be restored for those affected in approximately 45 minutes, an 11:27 a.m. news release said.
