The Texas Department of Transportation issued a traffic alert Monday for I-20 in Midland County.
The new westbound I-20 entrance ramp east of LP 250 will open Tuesday. There will be rolling closures in the westbound right lane between Midland Drive and LP 250 as the construction team opens up this permanent feature of the project.
