Loving County Justice of the Peace Angela Medlin and her husband Leroy Medlin are the proud parents of the first baby born in Loving County in 30 years. Kaylee Rose Medlin (9 lbs 9.5 oz, 22 inches long) is the historic baby. Odessa midwife Misty Long drove to help with the home birth.
