The Sewell Family of Companies has announced another addition to their monthly farmers markets at Parks Legado: The Lil’ Sprouts Market, starting July 8. The market will be open from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Located in the heart of the Parks Legado Farmers Market, you will now find a dedicated section where young entrepreneurs proudly highlight their crafted creations. This market will provide a platform for young minds to express themselves, gain valuable experience, and make a meaningful impact. Not only does Lil’ Sprouts Market foster a spirit of entrepreneurship, but it also instills a sense of social responsibility. All vendor fees paid will be given to a child-focused charity chosen by the young vendors themselves.
The 2023 season of the Parks Legado Farmers Market began on June 10 and will continue on the second Saturday of each month until October.
In addition to young entrepreneurs, shoppers will find a variety of items from fresh eggs, meats, produce, honey, flowers, baked goods, and more. The event will also include food trucks, live music, and all kinds of activities for the kids.
